On 26 March 2006, all Fort William's pubs and restaurants
will be officially NO SMOKING as part of the Scottish Executive Laws
to promote healthy living in Scotland. So now everyone can enjoy a drink
and a meal without the stench of cigarette smoke or the effects of passive
smoking. We think this is a good move by Scotland.
Fort William has a great selection of places to eat and drink, and many of these
are located within walking distance of the town centre. Glen Nevis, only a 10
minute drive from Woodside has three good places to try.
We are very happy to recommend somewhere to suite your requirements and can order
a taxi for you too. The cost into town or Glen Nevis is about £5.50.
