Things to see and do from Cedar Lodge
The Fort William and Glen Nevis area is stuffed with places to visit and outdoor activities to try out and enjoy. Locally there are lots of low-level walks open to you and you can get around the area very well on a bike.
The area is a rural one and we strongly recommend the use of a car for couples and families to get around with maximum ease and flexibility. There are Atlantic beaches, golf courses, mountain trails, waterfalls, cycle paths, museums, scenery everywhere, historical sites, waterways, fishing, watersports and winter sports.
Our local community website has lots of pages of information about where to go for short day trips, local walks, what’s on, historical sites etc etc. The list below is not extensive, so please take a look at www.visitfortwilliam.co.uk for more information.
